Precision Differential Reducers for TCG Series 3212-4012, NSP Series
Available to Combine with TCG series large frame numbers 3212 and 4012.
It is possible to collectively select a combination of TCG series and recommended reducers from ours, so reduce assembly man-hours.
The internal gear of this differential reducer has a trochoid tooth profile, which enables high-precision positioning while maintaining the strength to withstand the maximum working load of the TCG series.
The high-precision crossed roller bearing is used for this output shaft, and run-out accuracy and shaft load are at a high level.
The main body has an output shape that allows the roller pinion to be attached directly, so it is possible to use it from the beginning with the NSP dedicated roller pinion installed.
In addition, the flange shape and slotted holes for preload adjustment are standard specifications that take into consideration the incorporation into
equipments, which contributes to the reduction of design and assembly man-hours on the part of the customer.
Also, since it is a grease-filled type reducer, it can be used maintenance-free up to the rated life.
*NSP series are sold as a reducer and a dedicated roller pinion set. Therefore, please note that it is not compatible with the standard roller pinion model "CPA" and "CPC".
