TLS (TCG Lubrication System)
TLS cannot be mounted directly to the TCG roller pinion.
Please provide a separate mounting support for installation.
During installation, confirm that there is a clearance between the roller pinion body and the oil-impregnated resin, as shown in Fig. 1.
There should be approximately 1.5 mm clearance on both sides.
If the roller pinion body interferes with the oil-impregnated resin, the pressing force against the rollers may become insufficient, which could lead to poor lubrication.
Therefore, it is recommended to provide an adjustment mechanism such as slotted holes for position adjustment.
Cautions for handling
When TLS is in use, the Roller Pinion must make one rotation or more to supply lubricant.
Do not clean the lubricant-impregnated resin. Also, do not use the lubricant-impregnated resin in the liquid-dripping environment.
The lubricant-impregnated resin is equipped with a stopper to prevent itself from being dropped out of the resin case. Avoid such an external force as an unreasonable pull-out force, which could cause deformation or deficient lubrication.
